The cost of the Open House Styling & Guest Experience is $200. Additional upgrades can be purchased at their specified minimums.

Open House Styling

We will style your open house using existing furnishings and accessories to showcase the design capabilities of your listing

Additional furnishings & accessories may be purchased. $250 Minimum.

Add photography to your collaboration to beautifully capture the styled details of your open house.

The process

Here’s an overview of the collaboration process.

01/05

Intake

We will begin with a conversation to discuss the goals, timeline, and expectations for the collaboration. This includes alignment on the design vision for the property, event logistics, and any budget considerations.

Design Development

Any purchasing/sourcing needed to enhance the property (e.g. accessories, tableware, or scent elements) will be completed during this stage in preparation for the event.

03/05

Event Setup

Morningstar Interiors will arrive at the property approximately four hours before the open house (or the day before, if needed) to complete light styling and layout refinements. This includes setting up hors d’oeuvres, background music, and scent styling to create an inviting atmosphere.

04/04

Open House Event

Morningstar Interiors will be present during the open house to assist in welcoming guests, answering design-related questions, maintain styled areas and guest refreshment area, and capturing photos (optional with approval).

05/05

Teardown & Reset

Immediately following the open house, all styling materials and décor provided by Morningstar Interiors will be removed. Furnishings and accessories will be returned to their original placement (as applicable), the refreshment area will be cleaned, and the property will be secured in accordance with the realtor’s instructions.
